5 - Perfect/Excellent
4 - Above Average
3 - Average
2 - Below Average
1 - Very Poor
5-star: Reserved for the top of the top (I give out perhaps ten 5's in a year). May contain minor non-flow breaking errors but MUST have a good plot, character development and story. Aptly formatted and readable; fetish type notwithstanding, a 5-star story is of excellent quality.
4-star: Contains good story and characters. I was able to get into what I was reading and it made sense. Might have minor hitches or something noticeable that caught my attention but genuine effort was put into its creation and it shows.
3-star: This is where all stories start off when I begin reading them. The grand majority of stories on SF are 3-star and this is NOT A BAD THING! There's nothing wrong with getting a 3 star rating it just means there is a lot of room for improvement. This can be in the form of grammar mishaps, obvious spelling mistakes, harsh formatting, flat characters, 'hard-point' story telling and the like. 3-star stories are worth reading and improving upon!
2-star: A story that lacks any sort of polish or coherency. Below average stories need significant work to bring it into the realm of readability whether that be in regards to story flow, characters, major inconsistency, readability or the like. 2-star stories should not be considered finished works, especially in the eye of their creator.
1-star: Typically reserved for stories so bad they should not have been released to the general public for anything other than revisions and review, 1-star works are [thankfully] more rare than 5-star. species Western Dragon

mm, hopefully its not much longer for the new story, feels like ive been waiting forever! ^-^and ofcourse, good job on your stories, love every single one ive read :)
Two things, first if you can try to make a story on saphira from the book eragon but no incest please, second another centaur story but also no incest please. You stories are amazing.
